Acceptance of the Terms

These Terms govern access to and use of the Robin interface and transactions initiated through it. By accessing or using Robin, you agree to these Terms.

Robin provides a non-custodial interface for interacting with Robin smart contracts on Robinhood Chain. Smart contracts and confirmed blockchain transactions can continue to exist independently of this website.

02

Non-Custodial Interface

Robin does not custody user private keys or seed phrases. Users connect their own compatible wallet and decide whether to sign messages or approve transactions.

You are responsible for securing your wallet, device and credentials and for reviewing every wallet prompt before approving it.

  • Robin cannot reverse a confirmed blockchain transaction.
  • Robin cannot recover a lost private key or seed phrase.
  • Network gas fees are paid to the underlying blockchain and are separate from Robin protocol fees.
03

Token Creation and Metadata

Creators are responsible for Token names, symbols, images, descriptions, links and other metadata they submit through Robin.

Custom Token images may be uploaded to content-addressed storage such as IPFS through third-party infrastructure. Publicly submitted metadata or files may remain accessible outside the Robin website.

  • Creating a Token does not constitute endorsement by Robin.
  • Creators must not impersonate others, misrepresent affiliations, infringe intellectual property rights or submit unlawful content.
  • Create + Buy performs the creator's initial purchase through the same Curve and applicable trading-fee path used by other buys.
04

Trading and Market Risk

Digital assets and bonding-curve markets can be highly volatile. Prices may move rapidly and you may lose some or all of the economic value committed to a transaction.

Robin does not provide investment, legal, accounting or tax advice and does not guarantee profit, price stability or liquidity.

  • Review quoted output, price impact, fees and wallet transaction details before signing.
  • Slippage protections, deadlines and refreshed quotes reduce execution risk but do not eliminate market or network risk.
  • Network congestion, reorgs, RPC failures, wallet failures and smart-contract behavior may affect transaction timing or results.
05

Permanent Curve Markets

Robin Tokens use isolated permanent bonding-curve markets. The official Robin market does not require a mandatory graduation or migration to another exchange or liquidity venue.

Third parties may create external markets or pools for a Token. Those venues are independent of Robin's official Curve accounting and may display different prices or liquidity.

06

Fees and Protocol Configuration

Transactions may include creation fees, protocol trading fees, Creator trading fees and network gas. The interface may display estimates before a transaction is submitted.

RobinConfig is the onchain authority for configurable protocol fees and Treasury settings. Configurable values may change through the contract-defined delayed and capped update process.

  • The current onchain configuration is authoritative if displayed information differs from contract state.
  • Protocol and Creator fees accrue through RobinFeeVault.
  • Fee claims and recovery actions remain subject to RobinFeeVault's onchain eligibility, timing and accounting rules.
07

Prohibited Use

  • Using Robin in violation of applicable law.
  • Attempting to exploit, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the interface, smart contracts, databases, authentication systems or infrastructure.
  • Using deceptive metadata or impersonating individuals, projects or organizations.
  • Introducing malicious code, automated abuse, denial-of-service activity or other infrastructure attacks.
  • Using Robin to facilitate fraud, theft or other unlawful activity.
08

Third-Party Services

Robin relies on third-party systems that may include wallets, RPC providers, hosting services and content-addressed storage providers. Robin does not control the availability, security policies or independent operation of those services.

Links to third-party websites, explorers or services are provided for convenience and do not constitute an endorsement or guarantee.

09

Availability and Protocol Changes

The Robin interface may be updated, suspended or discontinued, and individual interface features may change over time.

Some protocol settings may change through the controls defined by the deployed smart contracts. Already-confirmed onchain transactions and public blockchain records remain independent of later interface changes.

10

Disclaimers

Blockchain systems and smart contracts involve technical, economic, operational and regulatory risks. Testing and review reduce but do not eliminate the possibility of defects, exploits, loss, failed transactions or unexpected behavior.

You are responsible for determining whether use of Robin is appropriate and lawful for you and for obtaining professional advice where necessary.

11

Updates to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as Robin, its infrastructure or applicable requirements change. The 'Last updated' date identifies the version currently presented through the interface.

Continued use of Robin after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
